Decorative River Rock

These different types of river rock are hand selected to insure the different types of sizing. Each pallet of river rock is expected to weigh 2000 lbs. per 1 ton.

• One pallet of river rock can cover approximately a 50-75 sq. ft area depending on size and thickness of river rock. 

Flagstones are large, flat slabs of stone milled in thicknesses of 1 to 3 inches. It is a sedimentary rock, often made of sandstone. it is commonly available in the colors red, blue, and brownish-yellow. A product of nature, no two stones are exactly alike.  An average pallet of flagstone weighs about 4,ooo lbs. or 2 tons.  

• An average pallet covers between 210 to 560 sq ft, but, just as with the coverage of flagstone priced by the ton, how much square footage you get depends on thickness and density.

The North Carolina, Tennessee and Windy Ridge/Virginia boulders are angular and multi colors, with a few rectangular shapes. These two-main boulders weight from 200 - 2000 lbs. and are 28 - 40 inches across. These two-man boulders can be used as focal points in a landscape or as part of a retaining wall. 

Pavers, or paving stones are flat outdoor flooring materials used for hardscaping projects such as driveways, walkways, and patios. Pavers can be made from a wide range of materials, including concrete, brick, stone, or clay, and are available in different shapes, sizes, colors, and styles.
